Cupcare program details
CupCare Programs are Semi-Annual maintenance programs designed to help your espresso machine operate with less service issues, gets a tech's hands on the machine 2 times a year, and helps you deliver a high-quality product to your customers.
The "Basic" program includes "A" maintenance of brew groups & steam wand/taps of traditional machines and the brew group & milk systems of super-automatics, as well as "B" maintenance replacing safety & vacuum valves annually.
The "Plus" program includes 6-month filter replacement programs for Optipure EM2 Stage 1 & Stage 2 filter or the Bunn EQHP-ESP filters that are performed at the same time of the PM.
Both programs entitle active program members to a 10% discount off any emergency service to include, dispatch fees, labor and parts.
